Owners Gary & Joanne Williams started with only one shop and twelve employees when they opened on January 18th 1988.
Since then the Cottage Bakery has grown to sixty staff, three shops and three vans delivering wholesale in the Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Luton and Cambridgeshire areas.
We have now been supplying leading businesses and establishments with all their requirements for morning goods, bakery items and external catering for the past 30 years.

SALSA Certified
In May 2014 we obtained the SALSA accreditation, after much hard work and generally documenting the system that was always in place, we passed the inspection and as a result of this we are now supplying such companies as Center Parcs, Budgens & Enterprise Foods.
